Chevrolet Malibu Performance Specifications

For those looking for power, Chevrolet has decided to only put 6-cylinder engines in their Upcoming 2012 Cars Malibu’s. There will not be a 4-cylinder model. With a battery supported electric mechanism for the motor, you can expect almost a 50% increase in fuel mileage over other 3.6 liter V-6’s. You may also hear this called a dual-mode mechanism.

Chevrolet Colorado Body Styling

It is believed that the Upcoming 2012 Cars Colorado will have a very similar body style to the 2012 and 2011 models, with the exception of being slightly larger and resembling the contours of some of the other newer vehicles in the Chevy lineup. Previous Colorado models have included options for cab size, manual or automatic transmissions, and power trains, but it is as of yet unknown if these will be available for the new model. One of the very few leaked photos available online shows an extended cab version, so the possibility is there.

Chevrolet Colorado Improvements

Some of the major improvements over the previous models are expected to be the engine, fuel economy, and basic platform; the new Colorado is expected to be a four-cylinder diesel engine with much better fuel economy than previous models, and the vehicle will be built upon the sturdier Isuzu D-Max platform.

2009 Chevrolet Colorado Highlights:
* 5.3L V-8 available on extended and crew cab models
* Improved brake system
* StabiliTrak electronic stability control system is standard on all models
* Fuel system control module for improved fuel economy – up to 25 mpg on the highway with the 2.9L engine
* New ZQ8 sport suspension
* Z71: higher stance, larger wheel/tire combination for improved appearance and off-road maneuverability
* Sixteen-inch steel wheels replace 15-inch steel wheels on Work Truck models

Upcoming 2012 Cars Chevrolet C7 Corvette Preview With Prices And Specification

Speculation about the new Upcoming 2012 Cars Corvette C7 is running rampant now that GM has given the green light to the design of an American classic vehicle, but little seems to be known about what the GM engineers exactly have in mind. A few hints and teaser bits of information have been released, however, painting a picture of an emerging car for Upcoming 2012 Cars that will be both evolutionary and revolutionary.

Carbon fibers. Most of the high-end sports cars manufacturers like Lamborghini, Maserati, Ferrari, and soon Lexus with their LFA due in Upcoming 2012 Cars, create the body of their vehicle using lightweight yet solid carbon fibers. This would be a new and evolutionary change for Corvette, but a welcome one. The only question is whether or not this change will do serious damage to the price of the vehicle.

If the Corvette Stingray concept foreshadows the next-generation C7 Corvette, then what might the production car look like? That’s the question our artist has attempted to answer with a speculative illustration of the 2011 version of the iconic sports car.

One speculated engine option would be a twin-turbo 3.6-liter DOHC V6 capable of 400 horsepower. If the V6 engine does make it into the production C7, you can count on a premium V8 to be available as well for those who like the classic V8 rumble Corvette’s are known for.

Upcoming 2012 Cars Chevrolet Spark Preview With Specification And Prices

First unveiled at the 2009 Geneva Auto Show for European release in 2012, the U.S. market can expect to see GM’s newest mini-car, the Upcoming 2012 Cars Chevrolet Spark in dealerships by late 2011. Based on the Chevrolet Beat concept debuted at the 2007 New York Auto Show, the Spark is a tallish 5-door hatchback designed to compete against segment rivals.

Chevrolet Spark Design

The Upcoming 2012 Cars Chevy Spark is based on GM’s Beat concept from 2007, but boasts larger dimensions in every area. It represents real car appeal and gives the appearance of substance, something often lacking from others in the microcar segment. The Spark defines itself with angular lines, large diamond-shaped headlights and a large prominent bow tie on the grille.

Sporting a range of fuel-efficient 1.0 and 1.2-litre petrol engines, with 64bhp and 85bhp respectively, the Spark isn’t exactly going to satisfy a craving for a new hot hatch. However, with engines derived from Vauxhall there are rumours that the 148bhp turbocharged 1.6 from the Corsa SRi could eventually find its way into the Spark to create a warmed over Chevy hatchback.

Upcoming 2012 Cars Chevrolet Aveo Preview With Specification and prices

Upcoming 2012 Cars Chevrolet Aveo Preview With Specification and prices

last October took a second look at an early production version of the Upcoming 2012 Cars Chevrolet Aveo. The Aveo is a newly-redesigned subcompact that arrived on our shores nearly a decade ago, but has yet to make an impression with American car buyers thus far.
2010 Chevrolet Aveo - Overview

The Chevrolet Aveo CNG, one of the most environmentally friendly cars available in India, and whose main markets will be Ahmedabad, Delhi and Mumbai, has the same specs and trim level features as that of the Aveo 1.4 LS which means you get everything that you ordinarily would with the Aveo 1.4LS in addition to the CNG kit.

Chevrolet Aveo Performance Features

While details are still sketchy, it is likely that the Aveo will continue to be available in both five-door hatchback and four-door sedan body styles. European buyers will be able to choose between a range of gasoline and diesel-fueled powerplants, while American Aveo customers will probably see a 1.6 liter motor that will match what is currently offered by competing manufacturers. It is even possible that the 100 hp 1.4 liter gas engine that partially powers the Chevrolet Volt will also find a home under the hood of the Aveo.

Chevrolet Avalanche 1500 Exterior Style

The body style has not changed significantly over the years; mostly just minor cosmetic items.
If it is true that GM plans to phase out the Avalanche, there’s no reason to expect any radical body style changes for the Upcoming 2012 Cars model.

Chevrolet Avalanche 1500 Sales

First making its debut in 2001, sales peaked in 2003 at 93,482 sold in North America, and have been in steady decline since, selling only 35,000 in 2008. It would appear that the Avalanche’s unique combination of pick up truck and SUV no longer seems to appeal to enough buyers for GM to justify its continued existence.

Chevrolet Avalanche 1500 Performance and Value

The Upcoming 2012 Cars Chevrolet Avalanche should be available in two different engines: a 5.3 L Vortec V8 with active fuel management that produces 320 hp, and a 6.0 L V8 that peaks out at 366 hp. Active fuel Management simply refers to GM’s technology that permits cylinders to stop consuming fuel under light load, highway conditions. Drivetrains can be rear wheel drive or AWD.

The 2010 Chevrolet Avalanche is loaded with standard safety technologies, including roof-mounted side curtain airbags with rollover protection, front seat belt pretensioners, an electronic stability system with rollover mitigation technology

The Upcoming 2012 Cars Chevrolet Traverse signifies the final model year before a complete redesign in 2013. Since being named Consumer Reports Best Buy for 2009, Chevrolet’s 8-passenger Lambda-based crossover has earned a reputation for fuel efficiency and overall value. The Upcoming 2012 Cars Traverse continues this tradition unchanged from 2011.
